Located within Monash University's campus, with security guards at the entrance for your peace of mind. For fire safety reasons, there are no stoves in the room's kitchen, so self-cooking is not possible. If you want to cook for yourself, you can do so in the shared kitchen within the residence.

Located within the campus of Sunway University, it is also available to Monash University students. Sunway University and Monash University are connected by a dedicated pedestrian bridge, ensuring a safe passage even during late hours with security guards at each bridge entrance.
The residence is equipped with security measures that restrict access to non-residents, ensuring safety. For fire prevention, there are no stoves in the kitchen, so cooking is not possible.

Located within Sunway University's campus, these apartments are also available for Monash University students. Sunway University is connected to Monash University via a dedicated pedestrian bridge. Security personnel are stationed at each entrance of the pedestrian bridge, providing a safe passage between the two schools even late at night.
Four-person rooms have different accommodation fees for window-side and interior-side. Malaysia is a tropical country, and the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans only; there is no air conditioning. If you cannot bear the heat, you can transfer to other accommodations, but please be aware that additional processing fees will apply. For fire safety reasons, there are no stoves in the kitchen, so cooking is not allowed.
